On September 12, 2024, Moody's Ratings international rating agency took the following rating actions in relation to the Bank:

• long-term deposit ratings in national and foreign currencies have been upgraded to Baa3 from Ba1;
• short-term deposit ratings have been upgraded to P-3 from NP;
• long-term deposit ratings on the national scale have been confirmed at the level of A2.kz;
• long-term counterparty risk ratings have been upgraded to Baa3 from Ba1;
• long-term counterparty risk ratings on the national scale have been confirmed at the level of A1.kz;
• short-term counterparty risk ratings have been upgraded to P-3 from NP;
• long-term counterparty risk assessment has been upgraded to Baa3(cr) from Ba1(cr);
• short-term counterparty risk assessment has been upgraded to P-3(cr) from NP(cr);
• basic credit rating assessment has been upgraded to ba2 from ba3;
• adjusted basic credit assessment has been upgraded to ba2 from ba3
• outlook has been changed to “Stable” from "Positive".
