/KASE, 12.09.24/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a prospectus for KZ2C00011542 (main site of KASE, “bonds” category, IDFRb7; 1,000 tenge, 50.0 billion tenge; 9 years 5 months; the first coupon - after 1 year from the start circulation date, then - a semi-annual coupon, 13.15% per annum; 30/360) bond issue with amendments, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on September 4, 2024, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue replacing the one issued earlier.

According to the documents mentioned:

• the certificate was replaced due to a change in the bond circulation period;
• the circulation period has been changed from 9 years 5 months 0 days to 9 years 5 months 5 days.
