/KASE, 11.09.24/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose shares are on the
official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on October 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
with the following agenda:
- on approval of the company’s financial statements for 2023;
- on approval of the procedure for distributing the company’s net income for
2023, making a decision on the payment of dividends on common shares of
the company for 2023 and approving the amount of the dividend per common
share of the company for 2023;
- on determining the audit organization that performs the audit of the company
for 2024.
