/KASE, August 29, 2024/ – BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit
JSC) (Almaty, in the heading – JSC BCC Invest), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the sole shareholder dated August 16, 2024.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made a decision to increase the
number of authorized common shares of the company from 13,363,761,847 to
100,000,000,000 pieces.
