/KASE, August 15, 2024/ – Akbakay Gold Resources JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 31, 2024, the
company's Board of Directors was elected as follows:
- B. Jalolov;
- R. Serikbay;
- A. Moon.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Akbakay Gold
Resources JSC consists of three people.
