/KASE, August 12, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on August 12, 2024 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00011729 (MFSLb3, KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon,
21.00 % APR; 30/360) of Safe-Lombard LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of
KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is August 12,
2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
