/KASE, August 8, 2024/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 1, 2024:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2023;
• not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2023.
