/KASE, August 7, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since August 7, 2024 trading in common shares US30231G1022 (sector "KASE Global", XOM_KZ) of Exxon Mobil Corporation (USA) has been suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on August 15, 2024 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be August 15, 2024.
