/KASE, July 26, 2024/ – Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on July 19, 2024.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited consolidated financial statements for 2023;
- the company's net profit for 2023 in the amount of 1,179,672,000 tenge shall
not be distributed, dividends on the company's common shares for 2023 shall
not be accrued or paid.
