/KASE, July 25, 2024/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

On July 23, 2024 international rating agency S&P Global Ratings affirmed the Bank's long-term and short-term credit ratings "BB-/B", affirmed the Bank's rating on national scale at "kzA" and maintained a positive outlook on the Bank's ratings.

The Agency's analysts expect an improvement in the Bank's capitalization indicators due to good financial results supported by profitable growth of the loan portfolio, further improvement in asset quality and capitalization of a significant part of net profit.
