Zhaikmunai LLP, a subsidiary of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC ("Nostrum" or "the
Company" and together with its subsidiaries "the Group"), an independent oil and
gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and
gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, is pleased to announce that the full Competent
Person's Report (the "SL CPR") on the Stepnoy Leopard fields ("SL Fields") in
which Nostrum has an 80% working interest is now available on the Company's
website. The SL CPR, an independent third-party evaluation of the reserves and
resources of the SL Fields as at 1 January 2024, was prepared by Xodus Group
Limited. An executive summary of the SL CPR was published by the Company on
17 July 2024.
