Bonds KZ2P00011695 (MFMOb5) and KZ2P00011711 (MFMOb6) of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" pass listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, July 23, 2024/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on July 23, 2024 decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00011695 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2P00011711 ($100, $3.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) MFMOb5 and MFMOb6, respectively. More detailed information on these bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2024-07-23]
