/KASE, July 19, 2024/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aqtau), whose shares are
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 19, 2024.
The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to distribute the company's
retained earnings in the amount of 36,387,964,000 tenge for the payment of
dividends based on the results of 2023 in the following order:
- to determine the amount of dividend per common and preferred share –
334.00 tenge;
- dividends on preferred shares in the amount of 363,879,640 tenge will be
transferred on July 23, 2024;
- dividends on common shares in the amount of 36,024,084,360 tenge will be
transferred on July 24, 2024.
