/KASE, July 18, 2024/ – MFO "Swiss Capital" LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole partner dated July 16, 2024, the following changes have been made to the composition of the company's Supervisory Board:

• removed: Moshe Zuk;
• elected: Levan Panchulidze.

Taking into account the changes made, the Supervisory Board of MFO "Swiss Capital" LLP consists of five people: Givi Kereselidze, Ronen Bekhor, Mikhail Kaganovich, Eyal Elboim, Levan Panchulidze.
