/KASE, July 23, 2024/ – BAST JSC (Abai region), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders by absentee voting will be held on August
29, 2024, with the following agenda:
- approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2023;
- making a decision on payment of dividends.
