/KASE, July 10, 2024/ – Following a decision of the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 9, 2024, international bonds
US29874QFA76 ($3,050 mln; 25.01.24 – 25.01.29; semi-annual coupon,
4.125 % APR; 30/360) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development have been included in the sector "Securities of international
financial organizations" of KASE official list.
The admittance initiator of the said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is July 10, 2024.
The opening of trades in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (trading code)
EBRDe26.
