/KASE, 05.07.24/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), with its shares officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by decision
of the Board of Directors dated July 1, 2024, Gladun O. was elected as a Deputy
Chairman of the Management Board of the company.
Given the made changes, the Management Board of Atameken-Agro JSC now
has five members: Islamov K.K., Khassenova E.K., Dyussembayev A.K., Ulanov
M.V., Gladun O.
