/KASE, July 3, 2024/ – Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanay), with its shares officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 28, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition Board of Directors of the company:

• removed: Baymuratov E.U., Kasimov B.D., Aldongarov S.-B.S.;
• elected: Uzakova A.E., Belimenko N.A., Artemenko S.V.

Given the made changes, the Board of Directors of Bayan Sulu JSC now has five members: Talgatbek A.K., Sadykov T.M., Uzakova A.E., Belimenko N.A., Artemenko S.V.
