/KASE, July 3,2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from July 3, 2024 KASE suspends trading in common shares US79466L3024 (KASE Global sector, CRM_KZ) of SALESFORCE.COM Inc under repo transactions in trading modes with participation of central counterparty, the settlement date of which falls on July 09, 2024 and subsequent dates. Trading is suspended subject to sub-clause 10) clause 1 article 11-2 of KASE’s internal document “Rules for implementation of exchange activities” due to information available to the KASE that on July 9, 2024, the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares will be fixed.
