/KASE, July 26, 24/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), with its shares on the
official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders starts on July 22, 2024 at
10:00 am. Its agenda includes payment of non-recurrent fee to a member of the
Board of Directors of the company.
