/KASE, June 25, 2024/ – Akzhal Gold Resources JSC (Astana), with its shares on
the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 18, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve audited 2023 financial statements of the company;
- not to distribute 2023 net income of the company and allocate it to
undistributed net income of the company.
