/KASE, June 24, 2024/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), with its
securities on the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders starts
on July 22, 2024 at 11:00 o’clock with the following agenda:
- approve agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the
bank;
- determine an audit organization to provide audit services for separate and
consolidated financial statements of the bank for 2024.
