/KASE, June 20, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on June 19, 2024 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00011497 (MFSCb4; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session
for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP (Almaty) in
the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is June 20, 2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
