Bonds KZ2C00011542 (IDFRb7) of Industrial Development Fund passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, June 20, 2024/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 20, 2024 decided to include bonds KZ2C00011542 (KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 9 years 5 months; first coupon – after 1 year from the circulation start date, then – semi-annual coupon, 13.15 % per annum; 30/360) of Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the third under the second bond program of Industrial Development Fund JSC, registered on October 27, 2023 in the amount of KZT500.0 bn. The financial consultant and underwriter of Industrial Development Fund JSC is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) IDFRb7. More detailed information on said bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2024-06-20]
