Listing commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2C00011484 (TMJLpp4) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, June 20, 2024/ – On June 19, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00011484 (KZT1,000, KZT163,968,607,000.00, 20 years; semi-annual coupon, 9.25 % APR; 30/360) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the third under the third bond program of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC, registered on December 22, 2022 in the amount of KZT542,862,679,000. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) TMJLpp4. More detailed information on said bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect. [2024-06-20]
