/KASE, June 18, 2024/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2024.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2023;
• dividends on the company's common shares based on the results of 2023 will not be accrued or paid;
• to spend the company's net income on production development.

Decisions on a total of five items on the agenda were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
