/KASE, June 17, 2024/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC (Astana), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with the amended share issue prospectus, registered by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market
on June 4, 2024, and a certificate of state registration of the issue of authorized
shares of the company, replacing the one issued previously.
According to these documents:
- the certificate was replaced due to a change in the location and guaranteed
amount of dividends on the company's preferred shares;
- guaranteed dividend amount on preferred shares – 80 tenge;
- the issue of shares is divided into 4,112,500 common shares KZ1C00005560
and 1,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P00013585.
