listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

KazTransOil JSC announces payment of dividends on KazTransOil JSC ordinary
shares for 2023 on June 12, 2024
1. The Annual General Meeting of KazTransOil JSC Shareholders on May 23,
2024 decided to pay dividends on ordinary shares of KazTransOil JSC for
2023.
2. The period for which dividends are paid - from January 1 to December 31,
2023.
3. The amount of the dividend per ordinary share is 65 (sixty-five) tenge.
4. The total amount of funds payable in the form of dividends to shareholders
of KazTransOil JSC - 25 000 826 435 (twenty-five billion eight hundred
twenty-six thousand four hundred and thirty-five) tenge.
5. The total amount of funds paid in the form of dividends to KazTransOil JSC
shareholders - 25 000 826 435 (twenty-five billion eight hundred twenty-six
thousand four hundred and thirty-five) tenge.
6. The list of KazTransOil JSC shareholders entitled to receive dividends on
ordinary shares of KazTransOil JSC according to the results of 2023 was
recorded at 00:00 on June 3, 2024.
