/KASE, June 12, 2024/ – Fincraft Resources JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May
30, 2024.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2023;
- to approve the total loss of the company according to the unconsolidated
financial statements for 2023 in the amount of 655,273 thousand tenge;
- to approve the total loss of the company according to unconsolidated financial
statements for 2023 in the amount of 2,884,875 thousand tenge;
- not to accrue or pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2023.
Decisions on a total of eight items on the agenda were made at the annual
general meeting of shareholders.
