/KASE, May 29, 2024/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 24, 2024.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income
for 2023 in the amount of KZT18,928,175,002.55:
- to distribute KZT13,249,722,501.79 as dividends;
- to retain KZT5,678,452,500.76 in the company.
