/KASE, May 15, 2024/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release dated May 15, 2024:

In April 2024, KazTransOil JSC facilitated the transit of 834.8 thousand tons of
Russian oil to China, which is 12.8 thousand tons more compared to the same
period last year.
In January of this year, the transit of Russian oil to China amounted to 855.6
thousand tons, in February – 816.2 thousand tons, and in March – 835.6
thousand tons.
In 2023, the volume of transit of Russian oil through the territory of the
Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China amounted to 9 million
989 thousand tons.
From 2014 to 2023, KazTransOil JSC ensured the delivery of 91 million tons of
Russian oil through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's
Republic of China.
KazTransOil JSC has been facilitating the transit of Russian oil through the
territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China since
2014 under the agreement between the Government of the Republic of
Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the
transportation of Russian oil through the territory of the Republic of
Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China dated December 24, 2013.
In 2022, KazTransOil JSC extended the contract with Rosneft Oil Company PJSC
for the provision of services for the transportation of Russian oil through the
territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China until
December 31, 2033.
