/KASE, May 15, 2024/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 13, 2024, Kim Jun Yeon was
elected the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat
JSC consists of five people: Kim Jun Yeon, Hwang Sung-Wook, Bae Junghan, A.
Ahrarov, M. Makulbaev.
