/KASE, May 3, 2024/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 17, 2024.

The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2023;
• not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2023, retain the company's net income in the amount of 3,514,787,000 tenge at the disposal of the company.
