Bonds of NMH "Baiterek" of five issues passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, May 2, 2024/ – On May 2, 2024, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of NMH "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00010353 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on bond offering; 30/360); - KZ2C00011211 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on bond offering; 30/360); - KZ2C00011229 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 1 year, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on bond offering; 30/360); - KZ2C00011237 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 1 year, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on bond offering; 30/360). - KZ2C00011245 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 1 year, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on bond offering; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issues of these bonds are the second to sixth under the ninth bond program of NMH "Baiterek" JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 23, 2023 in the amount of 1.5 trillion tenge. The financial advisors and underwriters of NMH "Baiterek" JSC are Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC and First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC. The specified bonds are assigned abbreviations (trading codes BTRKb10, BTRKb11, BTRKb12, BTRKb13 and BTRKb14, respectively).
