/KASE, January 31, 2024/ – On January 31, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00010937 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later.

The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later.

The financial consultant of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP is First Heartland Jusan Invest (Astana).

These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFRFb11.

More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect.
