Since January 16, trading in four names of ETF securities suspended on KASE

/KASE, January 16, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since January 16, 2024, trading in the following ETF securities on repo transactions, for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on February 2, 2024 and subsequent dates, has been suspended on KASE: 1) US4642895118 (KASE Global sector, IGLB_KZ) iShares 10+ Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF; 2) US4642885135 (KASE Global sector, HYG_KZ) iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF; 3) US4642872422 (KASE Global sector, LQD_KZ) iShares iBoxx $ Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF; 4) US74347G4405 (KASE Global sector, BITO_KZ) ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF. Trading was suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the receipt by KASE of information that February 2, 2024 will be the record date for these securities.
