/KASE, December 29, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on December 29, 2023 the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2P00010747 (NCOMpp2, $1,000, $100.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual
coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading
session for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty) in
KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 29,
2023.
