National Company "KazMunayGas" reports inclusion of bonds on KASE official list's "Private placement" market
/KASE, November 29, 2023/ – National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE the following press release dated November 28, 2023:

We hereby inform you that following a decision No. 52 of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (hereinafter – the Exchange) dated November 21, 2023, made by absentee voting, bonds of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC, subject to private placement (ISIN – KZ2C00010429), are included on KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

As part of the provision of anti-crisis funds from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation and financing of the investment project "Reconstruction and expansion of the main water pipeline "Astrakhan - Mangyshlak" 1st stage", NC "KazMunayGas" JSC secured a bonded loan from "Samruk-Qazyna" JSC in the amount of 20 billion tenge.
It should be noted that following a decision of the State Commission on Modernization of the Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022, anti-crisis funds in the amount of 70 billion tenge were disbursed for the implementation of the project from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Samruk-Qazyna JSC, of which 50 billion tenge were raised by Main Waterline LLP in the form of a bonded loan NC "KazMunayGas" JSC in April 2023.
The implementation of the project will increase the capacity of the main water pipeline "Astrakhan - Mangyshlak" from 110 th. to 170 th. m3 per day in 2024.
