/KASE, November 13, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 13, 2023 made a decision to include social bonds KZ2P00010226 (MFACb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 19.00 % APR; 30/360) of MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 13, 2023.

Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
