/KASE, October 30, 2023/ – Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release dated October 30, 2023:

At the extraordinary General meeting of shareholders of Kazakhtelecom JSC,
held on October 27, it was decided to allocate 33,4 billion KZT from 2022
retained earnings for payment of dividends.
The basis for determining the size of the dividend was the decision of the Board
of directors of the company dated April 21, 2023, according to which the
dividend per common share of Kazakhtelecom JSC will be 3 038 (three thousand
thirty- eight) tenge 36 (thirty-six) tiyin per 1 common share.
When calculating the amount of the dividend, the financial and economic
condition of the company at the end of 2022 was taken into account, as well as
indicators of financial stability and liquidity, as provided for in the
Regulations on the dividend policy of Kazakhtelecom JSC, approved by the
General meeting of shareholders.
According to the Kazakhstan legislation and the company's Charter, the dividend
amount on preferred shares should not be less than the dividend amount on
ordinary shares for the same period. The guaranteed dividend amount per
preferred share is set at 30% of the nominal value of the shares.
Thus, the total amount of dividends, including both common and preferred
shares, is 33,4 billion KZT. Out of this, 32,5 billion KZT will be allocated for
payment of dividends on common shares, and 907,8 million KZT on preferred
shares.
