/KASE, October 13, 2023/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of the sole shareholder dated October 5, 2023.

The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to purchase 403,750 ordinary shares of the company at an offering price of KZT95,468 per share in accordance with the right of preemptive purchase of shares.
