/KASE, September 27, 2023/ – Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 8, 2023, M. Karibayev was elected a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Economics and Investment Projects.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan JSC consists of five persons: D. Bassin, S. Khomutov, A. Zhylkybagarov, S. Polukhin, M. Karibayev.
