/KASE, September 26, 2023/ – Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 22 , 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

- excluded: A. Aimagambetov;

- elected: A. Beksatova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC consists of three people: A. Beksatova, M. Zankin, Zh. Zhomartova.
