/KASE, September 22, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces
that trading in common shares KZ1C00008077 (KASE main market, "standard"
category, FHSE) of First Heartland Securities JSC (Almaty) has been suspended
on KASE since September 22, 2023.
Trading in said shares was suspended in accordance with sub-item 9) of item 1
of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange
activities" on the basis of a letter from First Heartland Securities JSC dated
September 21, 2023 on the proposal of the company's shareholder to other
shareholders to sell said shares owned by them.
