/KASE, September 21, 2023/ – First Heartland Securities JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the proposal of its shareholder G. Yessenov, who owns 8,262,711
common shares KZ1C00008077 (KASE main market, "standard" category,
FHSE), to shareholders of the company to sell their common shares at a price of
KZT51,498.00 per share.
