/KASE, September 15, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 14, 2023 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2P00009988 (MFUCb4; $100, $2.0 mln; 2 years; quarterly
coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the
"bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is September 18,
2023.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
