/KASE, September 7, 2023/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 28, 2023, A. Ryskulov was excluded from the composition of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC consists of three persons: E. Ivchenko, K. Maksutov, R. Turgambayev.
