/KASE, September 6, 2023/ – Faeton Company LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on September 5, 2023, the general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P00004286 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, FATNb2) made the following decisions:

• to approve a change in the maturity of the said bonds, the new maturity is 14 years from the date of commencement of circulation;
• to make appropriate changes and additions to the issue prospectus of these bonds.
