/KASE, September 5, 2023/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 31, 2023, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• B. Oral – Chairman of the Management Board ;
• S. Lee – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Economics and Finance;
• O. Perfilov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Production.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC consists of three people.
