/KASE, September 1, 2023/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 24, 2023, N. Nurbayeva was removed from the composition of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of eight people: Y. Lavrinenko, Ulf Wokurka, K. Irubayev, Y. Berdigulov, G. Auganov, John McKay, Aleksandr Schirhuber, N. Sauranbayev.
